Here at Berger, we understand how frustrating and time consuming it can be to find a new vehicle online. That's why we've taken the time to answer the questions most frequently asked and our dealership and online. How can I actually buy a car online?  
Its as easy as 1,2,3. First, select the car/truck from our inventory. Double check the list of equipment to make sure that this is the vehicle you want to buy. When you are sure of the vehicle, go to the Purchase Now! button. Then fill out the Financial Statement provided (making sure that all fields are filled out completely) and you will be contacted within 1 business day by a Delivery Coordinator. At this time an appointment will be made at your earliest convenience for the delivery. Upon arrival, you will be given a full demonstration of your new vehicle and will have the opportunity to inspect, evaluate and drive the new vehicle. Upon your approval, we will then finalize the purchase of the vehicle. Shortly after you will be on your way home enjoying your new vehicle. How do I find the car that I want?  
We have incorporated an easy search interface that allows you to search by narrowing down your criteria with just clicks of a button. Start by choosing year, make and model. Next choose your specific options as the search drive automatically matches your choices to the appropriate car. Soon you will see the vehicles that best fit your needs. This includes all information such as pricing, colors, engines, etc...The interface is extremely easy and fast to use. This allows you to sort through hundreds of vehicles in minutes to help you find the one that is right for you.
What if I can't find the exact vehicle that I want?  
If you can't find the exact match from our 900+ vehicles, click on the Locator section and you will be able to find a vehicle to satisfy your needs. This process may take slightly longer than normal, but you will get exactly what you want.
What if I do not live in the area?  
If this is the case, the procedure would be the same up until the time of actual delivery. All financial plans can be can be handled over phone & fax. The deposit will hold the deal for you until proper delivery arrangements can be made. You and your Delivery Coordinator will personally work together to sort out all the details to make the delivery process go as easy and convenient as possible.
How does the financing work?  
We work with over 40 different banks and credit unions. This ensures that you will always get the best purchase and leasing programs available. If you are affiliated with a certain bank or credit union, arrangements can be made with that institution to make your buying experience quicker and easier. This site is secure by SSL software. You can be assured that any and all credit information will not be seen, sent to, or accessed in any other way, other than us and the lending institution.
What is a Delivery Coordinator?  
A Delivery Coordinator is a staff member who will be assigned to you to help you through the delivery process. This person will work hand in hand with you to make sure that your new car purchase leaves you completely satisfied. From setting up insurance to cleaning the car, the coordinator will be handling all of the preparations for the delivery. You will be contacted by this person the following business day, then he will guide you through the rest of the delivery process.
Can I see the car before I buy it?  
You can easily view the car in the virtual showroom. The pictures that are posted are actual pictures of the cars that we have on the lot. You can also view the options list in this section which will help you narrow down the selection process. As to physically looking at the car, you are more than welcome to stop by the dealership at anytime to look. You can be assured that all vehicles that are shown are actual vehicles on ground here at Berger Chevrolet. Our address is : 2525 28th street Grand Rapids, MI 49512. We are located 1/2 mile west of the Woodland Mall. Our business hours are Mon.-Wed. from 9:00am to 9:00pm, Thurs.& Fri. from 9:00am to 6:00 pm and Sat. from 9:00am to 4:00pm. What about my trade-in?  
Yes we want your trade! Our business depends on your trade-in to keep our circulation going. We have included a reference to the kelly blue book so that you can have somewhat of an idea of the value of your trade. When providing us with the trade information, the more detailed you are about your trade makes it easier for us to estimate the value. Everything is estimated until your car is actually appraised by our professionals here. At that point, your trade evaluation will determine the exact value of your car.
