Tom Satterley
Our Salesman of the Year 2000, this is the look I got when I asked him to take a break from his busy schedule for a picture. A graduate of Ferris State University Automotive-Heavy Equipment Technology, Tom has been with Berger Chevrolet since the late 70's. Accolades and accomplishments include GM's Truck Marketing Institute, a 2 year member of GM's "Mark of Excellence", a member of GM's Legion of Leaders "Hall of Fame", Duramax Truck Training, Silverado "Rock University" I & II, Chevrolet Commercial Truck College, and more. Tom keeps up with the industry and still manages to keep up with his customers.
Tom moved here in 1977 from Southeast Michigan, and he and his wife have enjoyed raising their son and daughter in the Grand Rapids area. He managed and coached his sons Youth Hockey Teams, and is now an avid "hockey dad". His son is working his way through school and a blossoming hockey career. Tom's daughter married after receiving her master's degree. Tom says his hobby has become driving to sports events.
When time permits, he likes listening to Blues music and reading.

(We got him a new picture like he asked. We got Tom a hat with hair -- he jokingly told us one day that he wanted a ponytail. He looks good in a pony tail, don't you agree?)
