He is very professional, makes sure you feel comfortable with your purchase and leave happy and genuinely cares about handling you once you are working with him. While they had the exact vehicle we wanted and color, the sales person was the worst I ever had anywhere. My 1st E.V. and while the sales lady said she owned one there was a lot to be desired on presentation. Still, I liked the deal and after getting used to vehicle I absolutely love it! I was just offered a free oil change by Berger but this vehicle never need one. I wish they threw me something!

I worked with Eugene on the lease for my car, it was a great experience! He heard what I wanted, listened to my concerns and met my needs exceptionally well!

Jordan was very helpful and friendly with getting our Traverse fixed in a timely manner!

Jeff Diesing was my salesman, I could not have been more pleased. I like straight forward, no games and Jeff was upfront no games. I told him what I wanted and that is exactly what he presented me with. I can honestly say he is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with.

We recently traded in our 2020 Chevy Equinox for 2026 Chevy Trailblazer which only had 11 miles on it. They gave us a good trade-in value (only had just under 44000 miles on a 6 year old car) despite some minor damage. Bryan Bajema was great to work with and very patient with us and answered all our questions. Their finance manager worked wonders getting us financed despite having less than good credit and no money down. We were able to take home our new car that day. I would recommend Berger Chevy and ask for either Bryan Bajema or Todd Richard's (our usual salesman. Todd was busy so they assigned us to Bryan). Both Bryan and Todd are great to work with. Bryce was great. Service was quick. What I have an issue with is charging 3% credit card surcharge while I used my GM Rewards Card on the easiest service job I can imagine. What's even the point of the rewards card anymore? The cost of the service is also crazy - how come the key costs 1/5th of the car value (that is if I take your quote from last year seriously). It's really getting difficult to remain loyal to the brand these days...

I highly recommend Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids. I leased a 2024 Chevy Blazer LT2 Midnight Package two years ago and had such a positive experience, that I just signed my second lease with the dealership. Great experience getting the convertible top on my C8 Corvette fixed. Talked with Channon before I even made an appointment as another dealer in the area advised they couldn’t handle the car and he assured me Berger had some of the best and it would be fixed. Worked with Jordan as my service advisor and he was great, keeping me informed of what was happening and next steps. Michael ultimately performed the diagnostics and repairs and made quick work of correcting the issue. Top notch all around!

Bryan Bajema is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I went into Berger yesterday, with low credit and just a prayer that I could find anything to drive with any kind of payment.
