Beth was great, she had my new truck cleaned and fueled and all the paperwork was ready to sign. I did my test drive then signed the paperwork. I really appreciate she respected how valuable my time is. I was at the dealership for less than two hours. This was by far the fastest vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My dad passed away in May of 2026. My mom and I were left kind of scrambling. My mom’s mental and physical health isn’t well enough to work right now, so we’re paying the bills by my paychecks. I’m a teacher, so we get by, but not easily at times. The car we currently had was financed under my dad’s name and they have made it incredibly difficult to get things figured out(the other dealership we were working with, not this one).

I just leased a 2026 Chevy Trax from Dawn Maxwell and the team at Berger Chevrolet. It was the most pleasurable experience I can ever remember from beginning to end. Bought a 2024 Cadillac from the used cars at Berger Chevrolet on 28th street, at all costs do not buy a car at this place, the used cars manager blatantly lied to my face! Great experience. What would have been a $1300 repair was covered under warranty from a previous repair. The only thing I would say is to keep track of previous repairs thru Carfax reports. Initially they didn't realize that it was covered under warranty until I questioned it. From that point on they ( Tim and the warranty office) went above and beyond to obtain the necessary parts for the repair. Overall I was impressed with their professionalism and commitment to great service.

While they had the exact vehicle we wanted and color, the sales person was the worst I ever had anywhere. My 1st E.V. and while the sales lady said she owned one there was a lot to be desired on presentation. Still, I liked the deal and after getting used to vehicle I absolutely love it! I was just offered a free oil change by Berger but this vehicle never need one. I wish they threw me something!

We just purchased our 4th Chevrolet vehicle from Berger and have been happy with all 4 purchase transactions. They have always worked hard to find us reasonable financing for each of our vehicles. We recently traded in our 2020 Chevy Equinox for 2026 Chevy Trailblazer which only had 11 miles on it. They gave us a good trade-in value (only had just under 44000 miles on a 6 year old car) despite some minor damage.
