Gotta vent a little bit, or maybe a lot . So I decided to purchase a newer car.I went to Berger chevrolet in Grand Rapids. Found a nice Nissan, rogue overpriced. But aren't they all decided to purchase this vehicle? I drove it maybe five times for a total of maybe sixty miles i've had it for 3 weeks have not even made my first payment. Recently had my oil changed, tires rotated and as suggested by Nick my service advisor got a new cabin filter. I always have had a good experience during my Quick Lube visits, professional, no pressure and kind. Nick has also helped my son, one daughter as well as my wife recently. Ziad was a great sales person. He knew and still learning. But has high potential to be great at selling cars. Worked out plan for our trade in that was getting a new engine.at another dealership. We had a great experience. Listen to us and our needs showed us a lot of vehicles. Settled on 2024 Colorado trail boss. With 16,000 miles on it. Felt like a brand new truck.

Took my truck into Berger to have what turned out to be a very costly repair. My service manager Jorden, greeted me, explained the entire process and said that he would work with the warranty provider to possibly cover any of the repair costs. Jorden did exactly that, all of my repairs were covered at no cost to me, he also kept me updated every step of the way. I could not be happier with this experience. It’s people like Jorden that makes Berger Chevorlet the best Chevy Dealership in West Michigan!
