We went with Berger as a preferred servicer through our insurance for an accident claim. Brad Joppie at the Collision Center was assigned to us and he was absolutely wonderful! He was very honest and up front about the repairs needed and the time frame it would take for the repairs to be completed. Everything with the claim was handled through the collision center and it was so easy! Brad kept us updated throughout the entire repair process and was always available for questions and concerns. Brad, thank you so much again! It was a pleasure working with you! Also, shout out to Kris in the service department who has been working diligently with me and my car over the last few years. He has also been amazing to work with and is always available for assistance, even when it’s not a specific service question. He always guides me to where I need to go for assistance! Jeff and Paul sold a 2009 Tacoma on march 5th knowing they should have serviced it instead I get stuck with a failing transmission and multiple safety hazards that make this vehicle undriveable so now my family has to struggle financially not only did I pull out a 2500$ loan I put 7k/ all my money down just to get screwed so thanks Berger I will never purchase a vehicle again you did my family dirty this may be a 1 star but you get 0 from my word.

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from Berger this week. Our last 3 have been purchased through Beth Dykhouse. I cannot say enough good things about Beth. She works extremely hard to make the entire process smooth and goes the extra mile ALWAYS! With the most recent purchase, she was training Joseph who was also great to work with and I have no doubts that he too will be amazing. Cathy in financing is equally awesome. I searched the entire country for a specific color and option combination on a new Corvette and found the only one in America at Berger Chevrolet. I live in FL and drove to Michigan to get the car. I made the deal over the phone and was treated exceptionally fairly, drove up to Michigan with my trade, and they kept their word on what they had offered to pay for my car. Everything went perfectly in a transaction that could have been very stressful. I drove my new car home and could not be happier. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
