ALESHA RUSSELL EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Introducing our August 2026 Employee Spotlight, Alesha Russell!

Alesha is one of our Service BDC Representatives. If you call our Service Department, you’ll hear her on the line saying, “This is Alesha. I can help you!” In 2019, Alesha was in a bad car accident that made it difficult to sit or stand for long periods of time. In 2023, she interviewed with Patty, Service BDC Manager, and explained her circumstances. Patty thought a position in the Service BDC would be the perfect fit for Alesha. Cut to three years later, and Patty couldn’t have been more right!

As a Service BDC Representative, a typical day for Alesha consists of engaging with our service customers. Whether it’s responding to voicemails, answering phone calls, or monitoring online chats, Alesha and her team are the point of contact for our Service Department. From helping customers schedule appointments to reaching out about special offers, our Service BDC Team is here for you!

Aside from helping our customers, Alesha’s favorite part about her job is the people she works with. Our Service BDC Team is a tight-knit group of wonderful women whose teamwork and collaboration go above and beyond to deliver top-notch customer service. From group Halloween costumes to daily lunches together, these ladies exemplify what it means to be a team. They support each other both professionally and personally, and Alesha is grateful to have colleagues who feel more like family.

Alesha’s advice for anyone interested in joining the Berger Team is to apply! She promises that taking the chance is well worth it. Something she’d like our customers to know is that it truly is “always better at Berger.” Not only is it our dealership’s slogan, but “It’s always better at Berger” is also our promise to the community to always deliver the best service. 

Someone in the Service Department that Alesha would like to give a shoutout to is her fellow Service BDC Representative Sadie, or as she likes to call her, “Salty Sadie.” She credits Sadie with keeping the office fun and making sure there’s never a dull moment. While the two may bicker, it’s all in good fun and to provide a little entertainment for their team.

Some of her favorite Berger employee events to attend are the summer employee luncheons and the Berlin Raceway Outing. This year she got to bring her kids to the raceway, and they had a blast!

Outside of work, Alesha enjoys spending time with her three beautiful daughters, who she lovingly refers to as her “broke best friends.” Together they like to cook, bake, and craft. They keep her on her toes, making sure she’s up to date with the latest TikTok trends and ready to be their Uber whenever they may need it. Alesha wouldn’t have it any other way!

A few fun facts that not many people may know about her are that she can make metal detectors go off and she has a dog, turtle, and chinchilla at home!
