DUSTIN FISHER EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Congratulations to our March 2025 Employee Spotlight, Dustin Fisher!

Dustin recently rejoined the Berger Chevy team in 2024 as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant. He first joined the team in 2017, followed by a short time away before finding his way back to Berger Chevrolet. Now that he’s back at Berger, Dustin has been able to reflect on the differences of the last eight years to see how strong leadership and the ever-evolving Chevrolet products have positively impacted Berger. Speaking of leadership, it was our General Sales Manager, Jeremy Rhoton, who strongly encouraged Dustin to rejoin the Berger Chevy sales team. Jeremy’s encouragement paid off and Dustin is happy to be back working with the Berger family. 

Dustin describes his working style as “organized chaos” and there’s no better place for organized chaos than a car dealership! With a fast-paced work environment and ever-changing industry, no two days at Berger Chevy look the same. From each customer walking into the showroom with their own unique needs to new vehicles rolling off the car haulers, Berger Chevy keeps Dustin on his toes.

Something he would like customers to know about doing business at Berger is, “it’s the best place to buy in Michigan!” Dustin himself has always trusted Berger Chevy with his vehicle purchases, his latest being a Chevy Silverado 3500. He’d also like customers to know about Berger’s Pot of Gold Sales Event this month because it’s a great opportunity for customers with an older vehicle to get more money out of their trade!

Dustin’s advice to anyone looking to join the Berger team is to do it! With a supportive management team and a wonderful staff, he describes Berger Chevy as a great place to work. In fact, Dustin’s coworkers are one of the things he appreciates most about working at Berger, and when asked if there was anyone he’d like to give a shoutout to in his department, he responded that he enjoys working with everyone on the sales floor.

A fun fact not many people would know about Dustin is that he grew up around horses and rodeos! When not at work, you can find him on his farm with his horses and three dogs, on his boat at the lake, or camping up north.
