Join us in congratulating Jason Miller on being our June 2026 Employee Spotlight!

Jason joined the Berger Chevy team last year as a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant. He was referred by his friend and former coworker, Austin Roby. Austin had started at Berger just a few months prior and quickly convinced Jason to join him in the Used Vehicle Department!

Working in our Used Vehicle Sales Department, a typical day for Jason consists of keeping up with our vehicle inventory and following up with customers. He spends his mornings walking the lot, keeping an eye out for new trade-ins or customers in need of assistance, and reaching out to his current clientele. 

From scheduled customer appointments to walk-ins, it’s the people he gets to connect with that Jason enjoys most about his job. Every customer who walks through our dealership has a different story and different needs for a vehicle. Getting to build a connection with his customers is Jason’s driving force. Whether meeting a customer results in a vehicle sale or not, he finds that building trust between himself and his clientele is the most rewarding aspect of his job. And when he is able to help someone into a reliable pre-owned vehicle, that’s just the cherry on top.

Something specific to Berger Chevy that allows Jason to build trust with his customers is our dealership’s honesty. Jason appreciates how transparent Berger Chevy is with our customers, community, and employees. When the team is built on honesty and trust, it’s easy to pass that sentiment down to our customers. Since 1925, Berger Chevy has been perfecting our craft and our process, and Jason emphasizes that you can feel the difference that over 100 years of experience makes. 

For 101 years, Berger Chevy has evolved and adapted through every decade, and we continue to do so with the help of our team. His favorite Berger event to attend was the Final All GM Show last year. As an avid car enthusiast for as long as he can remember, he enjoyed seeing all the classic vehicles on our lot. He’s glad he joined the team just in time to experience the final show. In his own garage, Jason has been working on restoring a 1986 Camaro Z28!

As a long-time fan of cars, Jason always saw himself in the automotive industry. He’d like to give a shoutout to Austin for pushing him in the right direction and recommending that he apply to Berger. He commends Austin’s work ethic and credits him with teaching him the ropes of car sales.

Jason would also like to thank his management team for their support. He appreciates the transparency and trust that is shown to him by DJ S., Nick B., John W., and Jeremy R. 

Outside of his department, Jason would like to give a shout-out to our Sales Business Development Center. Aside from the great relationship he has built with them, he appreciates all the hard work they put into the behind-the-scenes operations of our dealership. As our customer support team, they’re often the first form of contact a customer receives from Berger. From there, they support our Sales Team in communication and pass customers along to our qualified Sales Consultants when the time is right. With their help, Jason is able to prioritize great customer connections.

A fun fact that not many people may know about him is that Jason has traveled a lot! From living by the ocean to living near ski resorts, he’s seen and experienced a lot. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his son and fiancée or taking care of his house and landscaping.
