JORDAN CHULSKI EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

September 2nd, 2025 by

Congratulations to our September 2025 Employee Spotlight, Jordan Chulski!

Jordan first joined the Berger team in 2014. She had heard about Berger Chevy through a friend and her dad. Jordan’s dad works on windshields for Clear Image, a great partner of our dealership. When she heard her dad talk so highly of the people who worked at Berger, Jordan decided to apply! She started as a Service Porter, then transitioned between several jobs within the Service Department before taking a gap year in 2016. In 2017, Jordan came back to Berger as a Warranty Administrator and has held that position ever since!

As a Warranty Administrator, a typical day for Jordan consists of processing claims and submitting them to GM for approval while simultaneously making sure our service technicians get paid the proper amount for warranty jobs. In addition to checking everything for compliance, Jordan also assists both advisors and technicians with warranty-related service repair orders. Jordan’s favorite part of her job is that she never gets bored. There is always something to do in the Service Department, and the service team is really great about working together and lending a helping hand.

In fact, teamwork is one of the reasons she enjoys working here at Berger! Jordan appreciates Berger’s ability to attract the best employees. She describes everyone’s friendliness and willingness to work as a team as one of the best parts of working at Berger Chevy. Another great part about working at Berger is the summer employee luncheons! Jordan always enjoys the good food and the chance to spend some time outside. She also appreciates the opportunity to give back to the community with the fundraisers held at the luncheons! At each summer luncheon, Berger highlights a local nonprofit, and our team gets a chance to learn more about our community and give back.

Speaking of giving back to the community, Jordan recently teamed up with some of her fellow Berger employees to take part in West Michigan’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer! Jordan will be hosting the Pink Out the Plaza table, sponsored by Berger Chevrolet, at the Making Strides Walk on October 18th. Additionally, she is fundraising for breast cancer research, patient support, and advocacy efforts with her team, “It’s Giving Cure with Berger Chevy.” Jordan joined the cause because of her mom, who passed away from breast cancer in 2014. She also advocates for her coworker, Amanda, who is a breast cancer survivor and a member of the “It’s Giving Cure with Berger Chevy” team. Jordan has fundraised for the cause before and believes in the importance of early screening for cancer and cancer prevention research. Jordan is excited to be a part of “It’s Giving Cure with Berger Chevy” and is looking forward to the walk in October. 2025 is a special year for Berger Chevrolet because we are celebrating our 100th anniversary. When asked what this milestone means to her, Jordan said that our centennial is a testament to how great a company Berger Chevy is. She’s proud to work for a company that has served the West Michigan community for so long. As someone who is from the Grand Rapids area, Jordan has always known about Berger Chevy, and she’s proud to be a part of a staple business in the community. If anyone is interested in joining the Berger team, Jordan’s advice is to give it a shot! There’s something for everyone, and with so many opportunities, people with so many different skill sets can thrive here at Berger.

When asked if there was anyone in the Service Department that she would like to give a shout out to, Jordan replied with her managers, Channon Spaans, Service Director, and Amanda Belka, Assistant Service Manager. She credits them with creating a positive work environment that truly makes coming to work each day a joy. She’d also like to thank Amanda for being a great mentor and for showing her the ropes of warranty!

When she’s not at work, Jordan enjoys reading, writing, going to the movies, and spending time with her 10-year-old daughter, two huskies, and two cats. One of their favorite things to do as a family is to have movie nights in the backyard with a projector! A fun fact that not many people may know about Jordan is that she went to college for Creative Writing. In her free time, she likes writing scary stories, and she’s even had one of her short stories purchased and produced by a podcast! Jordan also enjoys touring old, historic buildings like hospitals, prisons, and schools, and sometimes she uses her explorations as inspiration for her stories. Just last month, she completed a Spartan Race, which is a 5K with 20+ obstacles!

Let’s hear it for Jordan, our September 2025 Employee Spotlight!
