NICOLE GRANT EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
Let’s hear it for our May 2025 Employee Spotlight, Nicole Grant!
Not only is Nicole our Employee Spotlight for the month, she also recently celebrated her 1-year Bergerversary as a BDC Representative in our Service Department! Originally from Traverse City, when Nicole moved to Grand Rapids, she knew she wanted to stay in the automotive industry. She previously had experience in vehicle sales, but was ready to experience a different side of the dealership world. Nicole had heard nothing but great things about Berger, so when she saw an opening in Berger’s Service Department, she was quick to apply!
After joining the Berger team, she soon learned that Berger’s great reputation is well deserved. What Nicole appreciates most about working at Berger is “the positive work environment, the exceptional colleagues, the strong sense of belonging, and the familial relationships that exist among the team.” The Service BDC team is a close-knit group of five hard-working women, and their teamwork shines in the way they lift each other up and cheer each other on. Nicole has created a wonderful bond with her coworkers, so much so that she considers them to be more than just colleagues but close friends. Because of these relationships and the positive atmosphere of Berger Chevy, Nicole says her job becomes less like work because she genuinely enjoys what she does. She couldn’t recommend joining the Berger team enough!
Speaking of Nicole’s role in Berger’s Service Department, a typical day as a Service BDC Representative consists of interacting with and assisting our customers. Whether it’s answering service-related questions or helping schedule appointments, our Service BDC Representatives are our point of contact for the community. What Nicole finds to be most rewarding about her role is her ability to build trust and loyalty with our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns promptly, she’s able to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our customers.
Something Nicole would like customers to know about Berger is this: “When you choose Berger, you can expect nothing but the best!” As a member of our team that works directly with customers each and every day, she knows firsthand that we’re dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and are always willing to go above and beyond for our customers’ needs. As mentioned before, Nicole values creating relationships with our community so that when you need automotive service, you trust Berger every time.
Last year, Nicole became a part of the Berger customer family herself! Thanks to her salesperson, MJ, she is now the proud owner of a 2025 Chevy Trax. She highly recommends Berger for all of your automotive needs! 😉
When asked if there is anyone in her department that she would like to give a shoutout to, Nicole responded with her fellow Service BDC Representative, Sadie Henry. She’d like to thank Sadie for being a wonderful colleague and for always being willing to lend a helping hand. Sadie answers all of her colleagues’ questions with ease, and she keeps the Service BDC office “buzzing” with her positive energy. When asked if there was a coworker in another department that she’d like to feature, Nicole said that she wouldn’t want to single out one department because everyone works so well together!
Some of the Berger activities that Nicole enjoys attending are the employee luncheons. She’s still deciding on her favorite food truck and is looking forward to another summer of luncheons to help her decide!
When not at work, Nicole prioritizes quality family time with her fiancé and two children. They enjoy playing games together, and when the weather is nice, her kids enjoy spending time outside and jumping on the trampoline. A fun fact about Nicole is that she can do different accents, and that she loves to make people laugh!
Help us congratulate Nicole on being Berger’s May Employee Spotlight!
